What we expect from you

MSc degree in electric, electronic, automotive engineering or similar

Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.

Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conducting data analysis is considered a plus.

Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines related to the presented topic (ISO, ECE…)

Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.

Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.

Italian knowledge C1 (mandatory)

English working proficiency is a Must have

What you can expect from us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL )



will be no less than €33,000 , in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services .

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net , and an annual welfare allowance . Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
