What We Expect From
You M. Sc or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience on HV components
Different seniority will be considered for different specific roles
Experience with requirements management
Great knowledge of HV architecture, system and components
Good knowledge of Electric/Hybrid vehicle architecture
Italian Knowledge C1
Analysis Fluency in English is (absolutely) a must
Willingness to travel or relocate It is not required compulsorily (nor is it limited to), but it is considered a plus: Knowledge of PLM tools
Knowledge of requirements tracking tool like IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jira (or equivalent)
Knowledge of safety critical standards
Knowledge of RAMS and FMEA/FMECA What You Can Expect From Us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
