Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.
- Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns,
