Role Description The Avvocato will provide legal advice and representation to corporate and institutional clients, with a primary focus on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business restructurings. Day-to-day activities will include drafting and negotiating contracts and transaction documents, preparing legal opinions and memoranda, conducting legal research, and managing case files and documentation. The role involves supporting clients in international partnerships and cross-border transactions, coordinating with external advisors,



and contributing to strategic advisory projects related to investments and international expansion.

The Avvocato will also assist in litigation and arbitration matters, prepare procedural documents, and attend hearings when required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome. Qualifications

Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business restructurings.

Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal document review for complex domestic and international transactions.

Ability to conduct rigorous legal research, prepare clear legal opinions, and analyze multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.

Experience or strong interest in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including case preparation and court or tribunal procedures.

Familiarity with international business law, cross-border investments, and legal issues related to Europe–Middle East transactions is an advantage.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian; strong professional proficiency in English required, Arabic is a plus.

Law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) and qualification to practice law in Italy; prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Collaborative mindset, ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams, and willingness to engage with academic and specialized professionals.
