Responsibilities: ​When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. ​Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Catania Airport arrivals area when notified. ​Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. ​Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. No airport security clearance is required for this role). ​ What We Offer ​ High Flexibility : A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
