Role Description The Affiliate Marketer - Italy is a tempo parziale, remote role responsible for promoting Medestra ® services within the Italian market through affiliate channels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, managing existing affiliate relationships, and optimizing campaigns to increase qualified leads and conversions. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and manage affiliate partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.

- Strong analytical and reporting abilities to monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, with clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of digital marketing in the healthcare or regulated industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setting with reliable internet access and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership development is a plus.
