The Role /strong /pp

As a Trade Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Monster Energy in the field, building and strengthening relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.

Your focus will be on increasing visibility, securing new stockists, and ensuring Monster’s unique brand presence dominates across your territory. /ppbr / /ppstrong

Key responsibilities include: /strong /pulli

Executing market activations and promotions in Florence. /lili

Coaching and training distribution partner teams. /lili

Winning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones. /lili





Ensuring the right product mix and distribution in-store. /lili

Driving placement of POS materials and merchandising. /lili

Delivering market insights and timely reporting. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong

About You /strong /pp

We’re looking for someone who is: /pulli

Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry. /lili

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient. /liliA strong communicator with excellent selling and negotiation skills. /lili

Confident working independently but also a true team player. /lili

Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. /lili

Fluent in Italian with solid Business English skills. /lili

Holder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Florence. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong
