We are seeking an strong

Grid Connection Engineer /strong to support our ongoing and future projects in Italy. /ppbr / /ppstrong

What will you help with? /strong /pulli

Management of the entire grid connection process, including communication with grid operators (e-distribuzione, Terna, etc.); br / /lili

Drafting and submission of medium and high voltage grid connection applications; br / /lili

Analysis of technical outcomes (STMG/STMD) and verification of technical feasibility; br / /lili

Support during the development and permitting phases of projects, with a focus on electrical aspects; br / /lili

Collaboration with legal, permitting, and project management teams; br / /lili

Estimating costs and scheduling activities related to grid interconnection works; br / /lili

Coordination with designers and support in designing connection-side systems; br / /lili

Support in preparing tender processes for grid interconnection works, including defining the scope of work, reviewing bids, and selecting contractors; br / /lili

Evaluation of offers and follow-up during the tendering process; br / /lili

Support in preparing contracts to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with OPDENERGY’s requirements; br / /lili

Management and supervision of engineering and construction activities related to grid connection works, in coordination with Project Managers and Site Engineers; br / /lili

Participation in key phases of commissioning; br / /lili

Performing sitesurveys and audits during construction.

Requirements: /strong /pulli

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field; br / /lili

At least 2–3 years of previous experience in the field of electrical connections for renewable energy plants; br / /lili

Proven experience in the construction of HV substations; br / /lili

Proven experience in the construction of grid works with E-distribuzione; br / /lili

Knowledge of the Italian Grid Connection Process (and TICA); br / /lili

Excellent knowledge of the technical regulations for grid connection in Italy and processes with Terna and local distributors; br / /lili

Ability to readand understand electrical diagrams, project drawings, and technical documentation; br / /lili

Good knowledge of electrical design software and Microsoft Office package; br / /lili

Proactive mindset, autonomy, and a strong team-working attitude; br / /lili

Written and spoken English proficiency.

Spanish is a Plus /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong

Preferred Skills: /strong /pulli

Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical Civil Engineering is considered an advantage; br / /lili

Experience in the construction of renewable energy plants (solar, wind batteries) is considered an advantage. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrong
