Health Safety Advisor – Data Centre Projects Milan, Italy (across two live project sites)brUp to €63,000 + Package brFull-Time, Permanent brOur client, a leading fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-specification projects across Europe, is seeking an experienced Health Safety Adviso r to support the successful delivery of two major data centre projects in Milan . brWorking for a specialist subcontractor, you will be responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental standards across both sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and local regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation operating within the rapidly expanding mission-critical and data centre sector. brAs Health Safety Advisor, you will work closely with project teams, site management, and client representatives to maintain the highest health and safety standards throughout the construction lifecycle. brCarry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations across both project locations. brConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. brSupport project teams in implementing safe systems of work. brInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actions. brMaintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation. brTrack and close out safety observations and audit findings.



brLiaise with client representatives, contractors, and site stakeholders on all HSE matters. brPromote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across both projects. brAssist with permit-to-work systems and high-risk construction activities. brPrevious experience in a Health Safety Advisor, HSE Advisor, or similar role within the construction industry. brStrong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best practice. brExperience working on large-scale construction projects. brRelevant Health Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent. brStrong auditing, reporting, and incident investigation experience. brDesirable Experience brPrevious data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial project experience. brExperience working for a subcontractor or specialist contractor. brKnowledge of permit-to-work systems and temporary works safety requirements. brItalian language skills would be advantageous but are not essential. brOpportunity to work on high-profile data centre developments in Milan. brJoin a market-leading fit-out contractor with a strong European project pipeline. brCareer development and progression opportunities within a growing business.
