We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Workplace Experience Intern who will join a dynamic and international environment, contributing to strategic digital transformation projects across the company. The role focuses on two key areas: Intelligent automation of administrative and legal processes and Enhancement of Workplace Experience across company sites. This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to the evolution of internal digital services.

Main responsibilitiesDigital Transformation (focus on AI & Process Automation)

- Support the development of a group-wide PEC process automation project using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence
- Analyze current workflows (receipt, classification, routing, archiving) to identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to the definition of automated workflows and intelligent document routing logic
- Support requirements gathering and coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, GBS) and external partners
- Monitor performance KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvement

Workplace Experience & Digital Services
- Support the development and launch of a new digital application for employee services (e.g. ticketing, facility requests, workplace services)
- Contribute to the mapping of services across Italian and international locations
- Assist in the design of user experience (UX)



and app user flows
- Support vendor and service management (e.g. maintenance, cleaning, facility management)
- Monitor user feedback and propose actions to improve the overall experience

Main requirements
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Management Engineering, HR, Digital Management or related fields
- Strong interest in digital transformation, AI and process automation
- Good knowledge of Excel and digital tools (experience with workflow/process management tools is a plus)
- Analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset
- Fluent English (international environment)
