especially in record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash finance integration, cost controlling, or financial closing processes are an advantage. /liliSAP FI/CO certification, SAP S/4HANA Finance certification, or SAP Activate knowledge is an advantage. /liliGood understanding of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, and related applications. /liliExperience working in international and cross-functional environments. /li /ulh3Skills Competencies /h3ulliStrong functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes, customizing, master data, period-end closing, financial reporting, controlling structures, and document flows. /liliGood understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and integration with surrounding SAP and non-SAP systems. /liliAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical SAP FICO solutions. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including structured incident and defect resolution. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with finance users, controlling users, and technical teams. /liliCollaborative team player with a proactive, service-oriented, and results-focused mindset. /liliFluent English is required; Italian language skills are optional.
