ppNoLo Films is a Milan-based video production company working across Italy, Europe and internationally. We produce corporate films, event coverage, commercials and documentaries, combining a refined visual approach with reliable, client-focused production. /p pWe are expanding our trusted freelance production team and looking for a senior Videographer / Director of Photography for recurring project-based assignments starting from September 2026. /p h3The role /h3 pMost assignments will involve covering international corporate events and filming executive interviews for high-level clients and organizations. Depending on the project, you may work independently, alongside a camera assistant, or lead a small on-location crew. /p pYou should be comfortable taking responsibility for the complete production setup and representing NoLo Films professionally in international, client-facing environments. /p h3Your responsibilities may include: /h3 ul liIndependently filming corporate events, conferences and executive interviews /li liSetting up and lighting professional interviews /li liManaging two-camera interview setups, including cameras, lighting and audio /li liShooting cinematic event B-roll using a gimbal /li liRecording institutional and broadcast-style coverage with wide and close-up camera angles /li liWorking confidently with Sony Cinema Line cameras, particularly the FX3, FX6 or higher-end models /li liManaging wireless microphones,



boom microphones and on-location audio /li liCoordinating camera assistants or additional crew members on more complex productions /li liEnsuring an organized and reliable handover of footage and production materials /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 pWe are looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with good judgment, reliability and excellent interpersonal communication. /p ul liDemonstrable professional experience in corporate, documentary or event video production /li liProfessional proficiency in English at CEFR C1 level or aboveAbility to conduct all client and crew communication confidently in English /li liStrong experience lighting interviews and managing two-camera productions independently /li liProfessional experience operating Sony Cinema Line cameras /li liConfident use of gimbals in live event environments /li liBased in Milan or within practical commuting distance /li liValid VAT number and ability to invoice NoLo Films /li liValid passport and availability to travel internationally approximately four or five times per year, for assignments lasting from a few days to one week /li liA calm, polished and respectful approach when working with executives, speakers, clients and international teams /li /ul h3Additional advantages: /h3 ul liOwnership of a professional camera, lighting and audio kit suitable for corporate event coverage /li liExperience leading assistants or small production crews /li liInterest or practical experience in generative AI and emerging production technologies /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThis is a recurring freelance collaboration on a project-by-project basis. /p pAlongside international corporate events, there may be opportunities to contribute to larger NoLo Films productions, including commercials and documentary projects. /p pCompensation will be agreed separately for each assignment and will reflect the scope and duration of the project, the level of responsibility, the skills and experience required, and any equipment provided by the selected professional. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
