In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, including product information, orders, payments, and technical support. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with strong focus on service excellence. Responsibilities Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat Provide support for sales and after-sales inquiries Assist with orders, returns, payments, and product information Troubleshoot basic technical issues Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Requirements Italian: C2 (fluent/native) English: B2 minimum Strong communication and customer service skills Problem-solving mindset Must be based in Greece (mandatory for remote work)
