As one of the European leaders in Risk and Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Credit Digitalization and Transformation team. Main Tasks

-

- Conducting analysis of credit processes and gathering business requirements from banking clients

- Providing functional configuration and implementation support for our credit platform

- Preparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases and test scenarios

- Validating platform functionalities and assisting with go‑live activities

- Delivering end‑user training and providing post‑implementation support

- Collaborating closely with developers, data scientists,



and UX designers to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Education and Experience

-

- Master’s degree in economics, informatics, or engineering disciplines with excellent grades

- Strong interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation in the financial sector

- Fluency in English (at least B2); knowledge of other languages is appreciated

- Thorough knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Data management and query tools knowledge is a nice‑to‑have (e.g., SQL)

- Up to 2 years’ experience in banking processes and organization is considered a plus.
