p Location: brLa descrizione completa del lavoro illustra tutte le competenze, l'esperienza pregressa e le qualifiche che i candidati dovrebbero possedere. brp UK , Italy, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland /p p Responsibilities /pp Participate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. /pp Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including: /pp Fire Suppression System (FSS) /pp Liquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS) /pp DC Circuits (up to 1500V DC) /pp Auxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC) /pp BMS Communication Systems /pp Assist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles. /pp Support on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team. /pp Participate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities. /pp Support customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage. /pp Track commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. /pp Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, After-Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) to resolve site issues efficiently. /pp Comply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities. /pp Qualifications /pp Bachelor's degree or above. /pp Preferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering,



Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines. /pp1-3 years (Engineer), 5 yrs+ (Manager) of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries. /pp Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: /pp Basic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; /pp Energy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; /pp Basic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; /pp Industrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP; /pp Communication networks and fieldbus technologies. /pp Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings. /pp Knowledge of BESS grid-connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred. /pp Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. /pp Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. /pp Fluent in English for daily work and on-site communication; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required. /pp Willingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term assignments at project sites overseas, including Europe and other international locations. /pp Preferred Qualifications /pp Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV), or wind power projects. /pp Low-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical certification, or equivalent electrical qualifications. /pp Experience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment. xrdbqlu /pp Additional language skills such as German, Spanish, or French are an advantage. /p /p
