Acting as a trusted HR partner, you will provide day-to-day support to managers and employees while helping to drive people-related initiatives across the organisation. /ppbYou will be responsible for: /b /pulliSupporting the effective management of all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience. /liliManaging the onboarding process for new joiners, helping them integrate into the organisation and settle successfully into their roles. /liliSupporting the HR Business Partner with the HR budget, annual performance review and salary review processes. /liliContributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and people initiatives. /liliActing as a first point of contact for employees and line managers,
