Project Handover from Sales / Presales /b /pulli Take over BESS projects from the b sales and presales teams /b after contract signing. /lili Review technical proposals, system configurations, and service scope. /lili Confirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers including: System design, Grid requirements, Performance guarantees, Project schedules，etc /lili Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget. /li /ulpb2. Project Commissioning Planning and Execution /b /pulli Manage the b full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /b . /lili Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers. Guide EPC for the equipment unloading, installation etc. /lili Ensure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards. /li /ulpb3. Commissioning Grid Integration /b /pulli Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for BESS projects. /lili Conduct commissioning for battery racks, BMS (Battery Management System), PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS (Energy Management System) and MV transformer. /lili Validate integration of electrical, control, and communication systems.
