the horizon. ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA Opening in mid-2026 on Via
Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will
be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior
designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of
la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The
property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a
spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking
views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. Join Experimental and

hospitality come together on the Roman scene. ABOUT THE JOB You
will be the first point of contact and the lasting impression for
our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and impeccable service
throughout their stay. In this role, your main responsibilities
will include: Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival through
to departure,



Answering phone calls and managing reservations
accurately, Informing guests about stay conditions, services, and
local activities, Handling billing, payments, and various
administrative tasks, Promoting the property and contributing to
guest satisfaction and loyalty, Helping achieve the department’s
qualitative and quantitative objectives, Carrying out any
additional tasks assigned by management. ABOUT YOU Well-groomed
appearance, strong service mindset, and excellent interpersonal
skills, Attention to detail, team spirit, and initiative,
Experience in hotel reception, ideally within a high-end
establishment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera
software is an advantage, Fluent in Italian and English; a third
language is a plus, Availability, flexibility, and motivation to
