In this role, you will support development activities by defining reliability test plans, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, and performing testing on prototypes, components, and specialized equipment. You will follow the NPD gates (Alpha, Beta, Pilot) to validate designs and investigate field failures. You’ll collaborate with the Global Quality area and contribute to ECO reviews and documentation, driving continuous improvement in test plans and lab capabilities. This position offers hands‑on testing, cross‑functional collaboration, and the chance to shape product quality during early development stages.

- Issue reliability/EMC test plans to support new product development
- Define test plans at Alpha stage and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Attend Core Team and Technical Meetings for NPD
- Prepare documentation for NPD stages and component validations
- Investigate field failures (data repair, failure distribution, feedback to R&D;)
- Conduct ECO reviews and participate in problem communication/quality briefings as Reliability representative
- Develop specialty tests and execution for NPD projects; identify new equipment/tools/processes
- Support lab maintenance and budgeting for lab development
- Continuously improve test plans and lab equipment based on experience and field feedback
Responsabilità
- Italian and English fluent
xysqume
- Minimum 5 years in Product Quality or R&D; for technological products
- Experience with applicable standards and test methodologies
- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation for testing
- Electronics or mechanics knowledge; engineering degree preferred
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Exposure to hazards in manufacturing environments; stress may occur
