motor integration and system architecture /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (CAE, NVH, durability, vehicle dynamics, power electronics, transmission, manufacturing) to ensure system performance, integration and durability /li liDefine and manage DFMEA, DVP and system specifications (SSTS/TTS) /li liDrive system optimization (efficiency, weight, cost, manufacturability) /li liLead system-level problem solving and root cause analysis /li liManage suppliers, CDRs and design approvals for EDM and subsystems /li liLead technical reviews and report system status to managementBenchmark EDM architectures and drive competitive solutions /li liEnsure standardization and scalability of the components across global platforms and brands /li liAct as PRC focal point ensuring alignment between global engineering, local industrialization, and platform scalability targets /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a closely related engineering degree. /li li0 -3 years of experience. /li liExperience in product development and industrialization of automotive powertrain components /li liSelf-starter with strong leadership, communication skills,
and demonstrated problem solving ability /li liExperience with DFMEA and DVPR processes /li liUnderstanding of GDT, manufacturing and quality processes /li liStrong problem solving, communication and teamwork skills /li liBasic knowledge of project management /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering /li liExperience in EDM / electric motors and gearbox development /li liKnowledge of FEA simulation tools (Maxwell, MotorCAD, KISSsoft or equivalent) /li liKnowledge of electrified powertrain systems and power electronics, controls of electric drive systems /li liExperience with PLM systems (Teamcenter / ENOVIA) /li liDFSS Green / Black Belt certification /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 37.000€ to 40.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
