The Recipe

To lead the Technical Analysts team in the delivery, installation, implementation, development, and continuous improvement, ensuring correct BAU operation of network, infrastructure and technical operations. Through a position of technical expertise, lead and directly support the team in defining and implementing technical elements of projects and enhancements. Ensure Support and Operational activities are defined for BAU requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Measures
- To ensure that IT systems are available, properly safeguarded; and continuously reviewed and improved according to changing requirements of internal and external customers.




- Ensure the overall control and management of services and their availability to ensure that all services meet all of their agreed availability targets.
- To be responsible, in conjunction with the IT Management Team, for proposing, designing & planning of the future Warburtons IT Infrastructure, including its implementation, to ensure it supports future business requirements in terms of capacity and capability.
- The systematic management of information relating to the documentation, software, hardware and firmware assets of an organisation. Specialist technical expertise in the installation and maintenance of system software in your key areas.
- To contribute to the design, implementation and management of the information security management system and architecture to effectively secure the Warburtons infrastructure.
- To be responsible for delivering security improvements to IT Systems
