Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Prepares and serves alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and standards Provides professional and friendly service to guests at the bar and during events Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstations Monitors stock levels, assists with inventory management, and reports any shortages or discrepancies Ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations Assists in training and guiding junior bar staff to maintain service standards Participates in daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions as
