Experteer Overview In this VP role you drive the global cyber exposure management and security engineering strategy within a multinational enterprise. You will modernize cyber defense capabilities, shape long‐term security architecture, and lead large‐scale transformation across cloud, on‐prem, AI‐enabled tech, and OT. You'll partner with CISO and executive counterparts to advance secure‐by‐design principles and risk reduction at scale. This is a high‐impact leadership position with global scope, shaping technology decisions and embedding cybersecurity across transformation programs.

Oversee enterprise exposure management activities including vulnerability management and attack surface reduction
Develop risk‐based prioritization using threat intelligence and exploitability data
Build integrated exposure management across security and infrastructure teams
Establish executive‐level metrics and dashboards
Lead global security engineering and architecture teams
Define future‐state security architecture supporting cloud transformation and AI adoption
Establish architecture standards and secure‐by‐design principles
Guide selection and optimization of cybersecurity platforms
Oversee roadmaps for cloud, IAM, endpoint, network, AI, DevSecOps, and OT security
Partner with AI and digital teams to enable secure AI adoption
Provide leadership on AI security, governance, integration, and model protection
Evaluate emerging technologies and security capabilities for enterprise integration
