Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ph3About the Role /h3pWe are currently seeking a Purchasing Coordinator Strategic Sourcing Lead to join and develop within our team. /ppThe successful candidate will coordinate the five-strong purchasing team and will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s procurement strategies, ensuring competitiveness, quality, reliability of supply and operational continuity. /ppThe successful candidate will have full responsibility for the procurement process,



from the identification and qualification of suppliers through to the conclusion of commercial negotiations; they will have a comprehensive overview of the entire procurement lifecycle and will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and COMAS’s operational staff. /ppThey will also be responsible for achieving cost-saving targets, managing key strategic suppliers and monitoring the performance of the supply base /ppin order to ensure that the company’s cost, quality and service objectives are met. /ph3Key responsibilities: /h3ulliOverseeing procurement activities, supplier sourcing and negotiations for materials, components, equipment and services. /liliCoordinating and developing the procurement team, ensuring tasks are allocated appropriately and departmental objectives are met. /liliImplementing departmental procedures and carrying out procurement activities and related administrative tasks effectively and on time, to contribute to the achievement of company objectives. /liliManaging financial and contractual negotiations with strategic national and international suppliers and liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met. /liliSupporting company departments in gathering tenders and quotations for cost analysis and project development. /liliMonitoring supplier performance using specific KPIs (quality, punctuality, competitiveness, service). /liliPromoting improvement plans with suppliers and managing any supply chain issues.



/liliPreparing and managing purchase orders and related documentation in accordance with company procedures and policies. /liliEnsuring compliance with company processes, group policies and ESG requirements applicable to the supply chain. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliA degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent disciplines. /liliAt least 10 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement coordination roles. /liliExperience in managing and coordinating teams. /liliKnowledge of logistics and production processes, with experience in purchasing both commercial components and parts manufactured to technical drawings. /liliExperience in negotiating framework contracts and medium- to long-term commercial agreements. /liliExcellent command of English. /liliGood negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with national and international suppliers. /liliExcellent command of Microsoft Office. /liliKnowledge of data analysis tools and KPI monitoring. /liliWillingness to travel as required by the business. /li /ulh3Our Offer: /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 52.800, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
