Role Objective
Manage and develop strategic grocery / off‐trade customers, increasing Bacardi brands' revenue, market share, and visibility.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage key customers in the off‐trade channel
Lead commercial negotiations with buyers and retail chains
Implement commercial and promotional plans
Analyze sales KPIs, P&L;, and market share
Develop strategic customer relationships
Coordinate with trade marketing and customer marketing
Work closely with the sell‐out team
Forecast and budget management and monitoring

Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar fields
A postgraduate degree is a plus.
Required Experience
Previous experience in sales and/or grocery retail is preferred
A background in spirits/beverages is preferred
Languages
Fluency in Italian and English are mandatory.
