Posizione **Mission**: Actively and constantly support the company in the daily activities in order to analyze the monthly performance, monitoring Industrial performances, development and support to Operation Business to achieve the targets planned. **Responsibilities**: - Run to Perform analysis of actual versus budget in terms of all economic dimensions (costs, plant performances, inventories, production variances), implement sets of appropriate key controls to guarantee that production/business performance is accurately registered (Kpi’s Management).
- Update standard costs
- Support to physical inventory counts and cycle counts investigating variances
- Perform Monthly closing activities, supporting the F&A; Teams in delivering a timely and accurate financial closing, in line with the Group and the Local Accounting Principles.
- Support the operation departments about operational and capital expenditure forecasts and budgets, including tracking of the results.
- Working with Operations team and providing on-going input in the process related to cost targets, efficiency plan and others potential impacts.




- Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements in Controlling department. Profilo **Technical Skills**: - Understanding and working knowledge of Industrial accounting
- Budget & reporting techniques
- Accounting principles and procedures
- Finance software user and controlling skills (SAP FI/CO) **Minimum Qualification Requirements**: - Master’s degree in economics or similar
- Proven working experience as a controller in Industry
- 5+ years of overall finance experience
