As Production Project Manager in Milan, you drive large-scale IT Supply Chain programs that support luxury production and aftersales processes. You collaborate with global stakeholders across Kering brands and technologies to define scope, plan, and deliver on time and within budget. You manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment, spanning production, traceability, RFID, and sustainability in the supply chain. You work in a dynamic, international environment to stay ahead of technology trends and optimize business processes.

Define project scope, objectives, plan, resources and risks for large IT initiatives
Serve as main project contact, manage dependencies and stakeholder engagement across streams
Oversee execution with the technical team, monitor progress, deliverables, and quality




Collaborate on functional/technical analysis and ensure smooth transition to run mode
Lead risk management, issue resolution, and decision‑making to keep projects stable
Ensure transparency through KPI tracking, progress reporting, and documentation
Align projects with production, aftersales, traceability, and sustainability initiatives
Responsabilità

7-10 years of IT Project Management experience
proven ability to deliver xysqume large-scale, international IT supply chain programs
strong organization, priority setting, and deadline discipline
excellent communication with diverse stakeholders
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian and French are a plus
Requisiti fondamentali

Starting compensation: 40.000
