You will lead planning and execution for the R&D; department in EMENA, coordinating with US teams. As a senior member of the leadership team, you guide cross-functional programs, manage international staff and facilities, and liaise with government and private collaborators. You will author technical papers and defend patents, represent the business unit at company-level meetings, and drive the growth of the team and KN products. You will mentor personnel, recruit talent, and assess performance to align with strategic goals.
