Senior Consultant – ERP Transformation (Milano, hybrid) Position within the CIO Advisory practice, responsible for defining IT Target Operating Models, reviewing IT processes, and governing complex transformation programmes. ERP transformation or implementation – manage complex programs on SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics. Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes (Order‐to‐Cash, Procure‐to‐Pay, Supply Chain Management). Define and analyse business and functional requirements. Develop evolutionary roadmaps and migration plans. Opportunity to contribute to practice growth through workshops, publications, market analysis and seminar participation.
Qualifications Master's degree in Technology and Systems, Economics, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in top consulting firms or IT project teams within multinational companies. Soft skills: enthusiasm, pro‐activity, analytical and synthesis abilities, teamwork orientation, strong problem‐solving mindset, passion for technology, excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills.
