Banca Generali ( ) – (the " Bank "), a leading private bank in Italy in financial planning as well as client's asset protection through a network of top-level professional private consultants, is looking for a Legal Specialist to join its Legal Affairs Finance & Wealth Management Unit , based in Milan and operating within the General Counsel perimeter.
The Unit provides specialized legal support across a broad range of activities, with a particular focus on the following areas:
technology law, digital, IT, operational and data governance matters, including regulatory frameworks on operational resilience, artificial intelligence, data sharing and cybersecurity;
promotional, marketing and communication activities carried out by the Bank (including sponsorships and events);
protection, exploitation and enhancement of the Bank's image, brand and other intellectual property rights;
investment services provided by the Bank;
distribution in Italy of third-party products and services.
Working in close coordination with the other members of the Unit,



the successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:
drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal and contractual documentation (both standard and tailor made) with particular reference to: (i) outsourcing arrangements and third party services, including ICT, digital, cloud and data driven services; (ii) promotional, marketing and communication activities carried out by the Bank; (iii) protection, exploitation and enhancement of the image, brand and other intellectual property and copyright rights of the Bank and its subsidiaries, and (iv) internal policies, procedures and contractual standards.
