Job Description Financial Reporting : Support the Month-End Closing process and contribute to the consolidation of Group Financial Reporting General Ledger Management : Ensure the accuracy of general ledger activities, including fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, while proactively identifying improvement opportunities Compliance & Auditing : Ensure compliance with Italian Accounting Standards and support the review of the Accounting Manual Process Improvement : Support the standardization of accounting processes across the Group to foster consistent ways of working Your profile 4–5 years of professional experience in accounting and auditing Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related technical field Solid experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and ideally consolidation tools Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Italian Accounting Standards Good English skills, both written and spoken Global Mindset: Working in an international environment Nature meets Design:
