Scope of the role
The HR Site Manager – Milan and Bologna acts as a strategic business partner for key enabling functions and local leadership teams, ensuring end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
The role drives organizational effectiveness, supports business decision-making, and contributes to transformation initiatives through strong HR governance, people strategies, and employee engagement.
The position requires the ability to operate in a multi-site environment, partnering with leaders and translating business priorities into effective people actions, ensuring alignment with Alfasigma's culture, growth strategy, and transformation journey.
