Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead property risk assessments for Allianz Commercial in the MEDA region, delivering expert loss control insights and recommendations to clients and partners. You'll work within Allianz Risk Consulting to evaluate operations, exposures, and control adequacy, supporting risk improvements. You will collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and claims partners to provide high-value risk views and drive better risk quality. The role combines field surveys, technical risk analysis, and adherence to NFPA guidelines, with opportunities to deploy AI-driven insights and develop bespoke risk management solutions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct surveys to assess account operations, exposures, and control adequacy, and identify improvements
Provide loss control expertise and high-level service to accounts and partners
Collaborate with underwriters, loss control, claims, and other stakeholders to maintain commercial relations
Deliver concise, high-quality risk views, including loss expectancies, exposure assessments, and risk grades
Develop technically based risk management recommendations and insights to improve loss mitigation
Apply NFPA guidelines and related safety codes and standards
Support clients and brokers to enhance overall account risk quality
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through written and verbal channels
Responsabilità min 5 years of experience in engineering/loss prevention surveys
technical expertise in property exposure identification and control adequacy
Bachelor in Science, Safety, Fire Protection, Engineering, or related discipline
native-level Italian; working knowledge of English
strong business acumen and client relationship skills
team player with collaborative mindset
willingness to travel for business
ability to integrate AI-driven insights into risk work
