Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Digital Campaign Junior Specialist who is attentive to detail, comfortable working with numbers and data, and brings creativity to the table. This role will assist in planning, executing, and improving marketing campaigns across multiple channels. In this position, you will collaborate closely with several cross‐functional teams to execute impactful campaigns that enhance engagement.
In particular, you will:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global marketing campaigns
Assist with campaign setup via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and future channels.
Conduct basic research on target audiences, competitors, and trends




Help manage marketing campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables
Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI, internal tools)
Create campaign reports and share insights with internal teams regularly.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to ensure timely asset delivery
Oversee email campaign testing, audience segmentation, and optimization recommendations
Provide support for ongoing local activations by managing the process comprehensively from initial briefing through to final delivery
Support journey testing, execution, and performance tracking
What you will need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Min 2 years of experience in campaign execution
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and email marketing
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and business intellige
