Your tasks:
The position is responsible for managing the assigned budget and overseeing both technical and sales activities in alignment with the company's vision and mission.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned area
Supporting the training, mentoring, and development of the Sales Team (internal & external) to ensure quality consistency, increase sales and profitability, and strengthen team know-how
Identifying and acquiring new customers, while expanding existing accounts
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities and developing effective response strategies
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including first- and second-level contact with customer management
Responding quickly, flexibly, and effectively to customer demands, exceeding expectations, and negotiating projects and orders
Coordinating customer needs with internal stakeholders, managing offer tracking, and improving internal processes and workflows
Monitoring performance via KPIs, reporting regularly, aligning with Area/Country Manager,



ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting regular HQ visits
Your skills:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or a technical degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering/ air conditioning/ refrigeration/ energy or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in technical sales or a similar field
Knowledge of key account management and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking combined with a hands‐on approach
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
Strong communication skills, an understanding of contract law and a strong aptitude for numbers
Business‐fluent English and Italian is required; an additional language would be a welcome premio
