The company operates 3 plants in the Lissone area (MB), employs 320 people and works on 3 shifts.

The Quality Engineer will support the Quality Department in activities related to product certification, compliance, continuous improvement, laboratory testing, new product development, supplier quality and environmental/sustainability topics. Product certifications (e.g., CE mark for construction products, FSC)
Management of customer complaints and improvement actions
Environmental, sustainability and product stewardship topics
Dissemination of technical and organizational information across the company and to customers
Laboratory tests and measurement system analysis
Process control and development of new products
Supplier quality management
The role requires daily interaction with internal departments, auditors, suppliers and, when necessary, customers. Business trips may occasionally be required, on the Italian territory and internationally.
Second‑level degree in Engineering or Science (Chemistry, Materials, Management Engineering with technical background in materials/chemistry, or similar)
~2–5 years of experience in a Quality Department in a technical role
~ Experience in problem‑solving and organizational methodologies
~ Experience outside the wood industry is appreciated
~ Experience with SAP or similar systems is appreciated
~ Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
~ Regular use of email, web and videoconference tools
~ Excellent English
