Overview Experteer Overview In this role you'll drive the Operating Unit's brand and portfolio strategy within a global Networked Organization. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align with Global marketing and business performance, translating insights into winning consumer strategies. You'll shape growth plans, activation calendars, and integrated marketing across markets, while managing P&L; and developing team capabilities. Responsibilities Lead and socialize portfolio and brand strategy for the Operating Unit and EU expansion into the hydration space Develop EU portfolio and brand strategy for LRP expansion and align with system stakeholders Identify consumer insights and create strategies that deliver category and company targets Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with IMX, drive growth, profitability, and market share Manage P&L; in collaboration with Finance and ensure timely, high-quality plan execution Lead,
