Experteer Overview In this role you strengthen the organization's cybersecurity and compliance posture within a growing industrial group. You will work under the CIO to develop and oversee cybersecurity programs, aligning technology, processes, and governance to boost resilience and regulatory compliance. You'll coordinate with SOC/NOC and external providers to implement policies and respond to incidents. This role offers impact by shaping security roadmaps and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, acquisitive environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support cybersecurity operations including incident detection, response, and remediation
Coordinate with external SOC, NOC, and cybersecurity service providers
Define and improve cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
Assist compliance initiatives for NIS2, GDPR and frameworks
Participate in audits, vulnerability assessments and remediation programs




Contribute to cybersecurity roadmaps, metrics, and continuous improvement
Monitor security controls, detection capabilities, and response processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote cybersecurity awareness and risk mitigation
Responsabilità Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations (SOC, NOC, incident response)
Security frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls
Regulatory requirements: NIS2 and GDPR
Audit management, regulatory reporting, and compliance monitoring
Vulnerability management, threat assessment, and IT risk management methodologies
Data-driven security approaches with KPIs and reporting
Experience in security program development and roadmaps
