Experteer Overview As a Sales Account/Business Development Specialist, you drive net-new growth for SD Worx's Italian payroll and HR solutions. You will hunt for new business, manage presales journeys, and lead sales projects with internal and external stakeholders. You'll build trusted advisor relationships and articulate the value of our end-to-end offerings to meet client needs. The role combines strategic sales leadership with cross-functional collaboration to expand our market presence in Italy. This is a dynamic opportunity to shape customer outcomes through innovative HR solutions and payroll services.
Retribuzione / Benefits Generate new business by acquiring deals and following up on leads
Lead presales initiatives and coordinate with pre-sales colleagues to propose optimal solutions
Manage sales projects and coordinate internal/external stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and establish an ecosystem for indirect channels
Discuss payroll outsourcing and HR trends to position SD Worx as a trusted provider




Represent SD Worx in the market to enhance brand and thought leadership
Collaborate with International Market division when needed to ensure smooth cross-border collaboration
Responsabilità 5 years of commercial experience in payroll/HR solutions (or similar)
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Proven ability to lead a sales project independently
Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze client needs and present suitable offers
Ability to turn challenges into opportunities and manage responsibilities
Creative, proactive, and able to work within established processes
Well-organized with respect for deadlines and agreements
