Main Mission As an Account & Business Development Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure the retention and growth of existing clients while progressively developing new business opportunities.
The role is structured in two phases:
Phase 1 – Account Management & Development:
Take ownership of an existing client portfolio, ensure high client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion within current accounts.
Phase 2 – Business Development & Prospecting:
Gradually expand your scope to include active prospecting, identification of new market opportunities, and acquisition of new clients to support the company's growth objectives.
This position is ideal for a junior profile willing to grow into a full commercial role, combining account management excellence and business development capabilities.
