Overview In this role you drive the industrialization and continuous improvement of production lines within an international setting. You safeguard design integrity while solving complex technical issues and guaranteeing key process performance. You lead cross-cultural teams to implement Lean/Six Sigma methods, optimize capacities, and align projects with cost and efficiency goals. You will partner with diverse stakeholders to shape line architectures, tool usage, and investment profitability, contributing to scalable manufacturing with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities Maintain design integrity of products and advise on complex technical issues
Guarantee performance of industrial processes (DT, IE, OEE, TTP)
Lead service methods within a unit or specialized technology group
Implement SPS principles and develop methods/tools (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MPH)
Manage team according to SPS/SIM rules and plant cycles
Drive continuous improvement for line architectures and resource optimization
Ensure capacity adaptation with dedicated tools (CAMA, CORIM, Bridge)
Perform regular queue simulations to optimize lead times and line capacity
Define/maintain referential operating time using measurement tools (MTM UAS, timer, video analysis)
Ensure investment profitability aligned with optimization/development needs
Propose organizational changes to support new projects or volume changes to optimize costs (DVC & MBC)
Guide designer selection by providing industrial and logistical requirements
Qualifications Engineering background
2 years of experience in Industrialization
Strong communication and relationship-building across cultures
Team-oriented approach
Fluent in English and Italian
