We're looking for experienced Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leaders to own high-impact commercial initiatives from strategy through execution. You''ll translate business goals into structured plans, lead cross-functional programs, and use data and experimentation to unlock growth. This role sits at the center of key decisions—influencing how we grow, price, and operate across markets—with strong visibility to senior leadership.
Responsibilities Define and execute strategies within your scope — spanning areas like pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go-to-market — translating commercial priorities into testable hypotheses,



scalable frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches, to evaluate impact and sharpen decision-making.
Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive-ready narratives that communicate performance clearly.
Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around P&L;, growth, and long-term value creation.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply, and senior leadership to drive alignment and execution.
Build playbooks and processes that enable repeatability and scale across markets, channels, or partners.
Mentor and develop team members while contributing to a high-performance, test-and-learn culture.
