you will be providing technical support to our external customers (through phone, email, chat or social media) utilizing your remote diagnostic capabilities. Focusing on our chromatography (GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS, and others), your goal will be to reduce customer downtime and identify repair strategies. To be successful in this role, you must be very customer-focused, confident, flexible and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
