Responsibilities

- Using essential experience within hull and marine system areas, provide input needed to ensure proper execution of projects, delivering vessels that meet agreed specifications detailed in contractual documents, including technical specifications and annexes, and cooperating with the yard to highlight non‑conformity items in time for proper correction and resolution.
- Carry out daily inspections on the owner’s behalf in accordance with the shipyard schedule.
- Follow up open items from the construction process with yard representatives, attend meetings with the yard technical office and production teams for defect and remark discussion/resolutions.
- Report progress of production, status of open items and potential main open issues in the monthly progress report.
- Cooperate with the operating company team at the yard during inspection, commissioning and hand‑over periods for a smooth transition.
- Support the operating company after vessel delivery to follow up open items from the construction and commissioning period and/or to complete inspections and hand‑over after delivery.
- Support the team for specific topics during vessel project development with objectives to improve future constructions.
- Take part in mock‑ups and FAT on owner’s behalf.




- Conduct patrolling activities when not involved in attending inspections.
- Take part in sea trials.

Qualifications
- Degree Type: High School Diploma.
- Field(s) of Study: Maritime.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Competencies / Skills:
- Knowledge of marine construction phases.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in the English language (B1 or above).
- Demonstrable teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills.
