ppRINA is currently recruiting a bQuality Assurance Junior Engineer /b to join its offices in Rome, working on projects in the bSpace and Defence /b sectors. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe selected candidate will support bProduct Assurance /b activities within bcomplex engineering programs /b in the bSpace and Defence sectors /b, ensuring the proper implementation of quality processes, configuration management practices, and compliance with applicable standards. The role will contribute to monitoring the quality of project deliverables, verifying technical documentation, supporting system validation activities, and assisting the project team in achieving milestones, ensuring alignment with company quality management systems and international aerospace and defence standards. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liEnsure the correct application of the Project Quality Plan and support the project team in achieving quality objectives and process compliance. /li liVerify the correct implementation of company quality processes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN9100) within project activities. /li liSupport configuration management activities, including defining and managing product structures and related contexts within PLM systems. /li liReview and support the approval of technical documentation and specifications, contributing to the release of the Technical Data Package (e.g., drawings, bills of materials, electrical schematics, technical requirements, analyses, reports, and test procedures). /li liParticipate in design reviews, safety and security panels, and support the preparation and monitoring of project gate reviews and related action plans.

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€30,000 and €40,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
