We are currently looking for an **Electric Motor Designer specialized in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM)** to support one of our projects in **Lo**mbardia**.** **Key Responsibilities**: - Motor Design and Development:_
- Design and develop PMSM motors, ensuring high efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Utilize software for electromagnetic simulation tools to model and optimize motor designs.
- Axial Flux Motor Development:_
- Conduct research and development on axial flux motors, exploring their potential for centrifugal pumps.
- Design and prototype axial flux motors.
- Testing and Validation:_
- Plan and execute testing protocols to validate motor performance and efficiency.
- Analyze testing results and compare them with simulation predictions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with test engineers to ensure accurate data collection and interpretation.
- Qualifications:_ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in electric motor design, particularly with PMSM motors. Experience with axial flux motors is a plus. Proficiency in software electromagnetic simulation tools (MotorSolve of FluxMotor). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret testing data and make data-driven design decisions. **Next Steps**
