Your ResponsibilitiesAs the person responsible for the economic performance of your assigned product line, you will: Market & Strategy • Conduct in-depth market analyses—including trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics— to ensure a customer-centric product offering with clear differentiation. • Contribute to product development and innovation by coordinating national and international teams to deliver distinctive, high-value solutions. • Define the Value Proposition and craft compelling, consistent, and impactful storytelling.Planning & Go-to-Market • Set sales budgets and commercial targets by product and channel. • Design and execute omnichannel marketing plans aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on digital marketing. • Manage online and offline communication campaigns and produce high-performing, interactive content across formats (blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, webinars, events).Execution & Performance • Coordinate creative, media, and digital agencies for the development of campaigns and marketing materials (brochures,



presentations, videos, etc.). • Monitor key business indicators and communication-campaign performance metrics. • Support training programs for sales channels and commercial teams.Your Profile You hold a degree in Economics (a Master's in Marketing & Communication, Business & Management, or Social Media is a plus) and have at least 5 years of experience in Product or Marketing Management in multinational environments.You bring: • Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise. • An entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership. • Proven project-management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. • Solid and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing.Excellent analytical, planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. • Outstanding writing and storytelling skills
