Experteer Overview In this role you will plan, organize and drive projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, procurement, delivery and commissioning, shaping project strategy and risk management. You'll contribute ideas to improve processes and learn practical negotiation and decision-making skills. Deliver projects on time, on budget and to required quality
Kick-off new projects, run periodic reviews and maintain stakeholder alignment
Manage project communications and keep team and stakeholders informed
Coordinate relevant people, external workers, contractors, and vendors according to project needs




Track cost variances and forecast monthly costs for revenue planning
Identify issues, mitigate risks and implement corrective actions
Aim for solid gross margins and consider variation claims when appropriate
Responsabilità STEM or Business related degree in progress or equivalent
Knowledge of project management techniques and methods
Proficiency with AutoCad or other engineering design packages
MS Office (including Project) and MS Outlook
Experience with SAP and MS Project for Gantt planning
Interest in current technology and process innovation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English mandatory
Attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work under pressure
Analytical, logical decision-making approach
Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 quality systems and EHS regulations
Willingness to travel occasionally
