Responsibilities
- Validating and executing detailed technical design solutions.
- Specializing in complex enterprise technology solutions.
- Leading the technical evaluation and delivery of specific technical solutions to clients.
- Providing advanced technical consultancy and guidance to peers.
- Gathering and analyzing data to ascertain customer needs.
- Engaging in complex technical issue resolution.
- Supporting sales activities and managing bids.
- Developing productive internal/external working relationships.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field.
