As Product Owner, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of Integrity360's MDR platforms. These platforms power our MDR services, and incorporate our Online Portal, which serves as the single point of interaction for our customers to access information on all their cybersecurity services, view dashboards and reports, control their services, raise and track tickets, and engage with our expert teams. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams, including the Development team and DevOps,



to manage the development pipeline and ensure the delivery of a world‐class customer experience. Your knowledge of cybersecurity technology and services will be instrumental in shaping the platform to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Online Portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
Working with internal stakeholders define the vision & roadmap for our MDR platforms to enhance and enable delivery of industry leading services.
Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value, customer impact, and development effort.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
